The mixture with compressed air and the air around the electrode is ionized (negatively charged), and the workpiece passes through the hanger and connects to the ground (grounding electrode) by conveying.

In this way, an electric field is formed between the spray gun and the workpiece. It reaches the surface of the workpiece under the double push, and relies on electrostatic attraction to form a balanced coating on the surface of the workpiece; the coating structure is then baked at a high temperature in a drying oven, leveled and solidified, and becomes the final coating with different effects; the spraying effect is in the machine Strength, adhesion, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, etc. are better than spray paint process.
