We are too accustomed to the power and opportunities that freedom brings, like a spoiled successor. But freedom is not free reading. Every generation must re-learn to be grateful and work hard to maintain it.

We live in a comfortable and safe house, drive an air-conditioned car, and have no shortage of meals; we will feel uneasy when encountering things that remind us that millions of people are still living in poverty and despair.

Those who want to have a comfortable and high-standard life must thank God for what they have, and give everything we have been given with a sense of responsibility and generosity.

Free people in a free society can choose good or evil; they have the right to choose.

The only political or economic system without risk is something we have no right to choose. If we forget this, we will lose everything.
