Dingfa Safe’s four principles for making full use of people’s strengths

Dingfa Safe’s four principles for making full use of people’s strengths

1. Effective managers do not design their positions so that only God can do it. The position must be held by someone, and everyone can make mistakes. Therefore, they will never design a position that is “impossible”, in other words, they will never design a position that “ordinary people” cannot do.

2. The requirements of the position should be strict and the coverage should be wide. This means that a reasonable position is a challenge to talented people. At the same time, because of the wide range of positions, people can turn the advantages related to the task into real results.

3. When Dingfa Safe employs people, it will first consider what someone can do, rather than first consider what the job requirements are. In other words, before deciding to place someone in a position, an effective manager will carefully consider the conditions of the person, and he will never confine himself to this position.

4. The fourth principle is that effective managers know that while employing their strengths, they must tolerate others’ shortcomings.
