Why the safes can not be opened when the light was on

There are two possibilities for this kind of problem:

First, the battery power is not enough, the solution is to replace the battery that meets the standard;

Second, it is possible to turn the key to the right before pressing the password when inserting the key. The lock chuck jams the electromagnet and causes the key to not turn in place.
